To be used as a lever for extracting third molars. The serration prevents slipping on the tooth. Length: 160 mm, working part: 3.5 mmBefore extraction, the periosteum and ligaments should be separated from the tooth using the root lifter. Once the tooth is loosened, it can be extracted using either forceps or a root lifter. This prior separation ensures a minimally invasive extraction.
